Furnace Misbehaving...Any Ideas?
The video shows what the Zone 2 furnace does on occasion. There is no power to the coach, and the thermostat is in the off position. The furnace can be shut off by the "Accessories" battery disconnect, and not the main disconnect. It continues to do this in spite of the fact that the house panel main breakers are shut off.

Sounds like the gas valve chattering or opening and closeing fast, the control board must be going crazy I've had not seen one do that.

It's the crazy furnance  but yea I agree get it back and let them fix it

I sent the video to Fleetwood this morning at 6:30 AM PDT, I received a call back from Fleetwood at 8:30 AM PDT the same day asking about the problem and if it is easy to replicate. I am happy to report that Fleetwood stated they would work directly with the dealer to resolve this issue. I'm thinking they see a liability issue with a misbehaving furnace.
I also sent the video to Atwood this morning, as of yet no response.

The furnace is controlled by 12 v, not 120 v, so 'no power to the coach' I assume means 120 v power. You should be able to find a 12 v fuse or Circuit breaker to shut off the furnace and stop the 'telegraph.' Check in the 12v panel for the house, not the 120 v panel.
I would suspect the control board or the thermostat as being the problem.

The furnace being controlled by 12v explains a lot to me, thanks. I never would have thought that the furnace was a 12v item.
I think it is the control board causing the problems, only because the t-stat is in the off position...which is not to say I could eliminate the t-stat entirely...
My wife will not go camping again until the furnace is repaired and/or declared "Tango Uniform" and replaced in its entirety.

Sounds like a relay chattering. (opening and closing rapidly)

Looks to me, you may have a short in the 12 volt wiring to that relay board. The red LED is probably a (power to the board) idicator light and the clicking is probaply the ignition relay. Let us know what they find, might be useful.

Well, after several days in the shop the technicians from Findlay RV and Fleetwood could not replicate the problem shown in the video, so nothing was done. I feel pretty confident that Findlay's service department did what they could.
I guess my next step is to write another certified letter to Fleetwood (could be Beardwood if my furnace blows up with me in it) notifying them that the problem was not corrected.
Any other suggestions?

I think a letter serves a few purposes. Maybe you'll get a commitment to extend the warr. as it relates to the furnace.

While I would welcome an extension in the warranty to cover the furnace, my biggest concern is a catastrophic event while we we're sleeping...

Is it an Atwood furnace? Perhaps you should be dealing with the furnace manufacturer.
