Fuse Box - Tail Lights Out

I have read the owners manual on my 91 bounder and it says the fuse box is located under the dash by the steering column...I am having a hard time seeing but i dont see it?? Anyone have any better information i currently have no tail lights and my illumination markers are out. I am pretty sure it is the fuse but cannot find it...I did find a fuse box under the hood but it was for the step and lp dectotor and stuff light that but no lights.... Any suggestions...

Your fuse box is under the front hood not the dash there is a smaller fuse box under the hood.

The small fuse box is under the dash on the left side of the searing column. There should be a small removable panel right below the light switch. The main electrical is under the hood on the drivers side.
