Fuse Panels

2011 Fleetwood Providence 40K. 1 1/2 baths

Can anyone tell me where the power comes from on my Dometic macerator toilets? These are series 8900 toilets. I am looking for the location of the fuse panels that supply these toilets. I looked at the wiring diagram and it shows a 20 amp fuse suppling the 12VDC power and each toilet has its own fuse. I am in need of any trouble shooting advise that will help me determine why I have no power to my flush panel. Where would I check for grounding on this system.
