Unless there is something wrong with your MH you can run the generator for air or electric use while driving. I run ours even if we are not using air or electric. I run the generator about one half hr. 2 twice per month min.

Everyone I know runs everything needed while driving, and I know of no ill effects. Nor have I seen anything in writing (key phrase here) from any mfr warning not to run this or that while on the road. I routinely run the fridge and the genny (if needed) while traveling.

I routinely run ours to power the air conditioner(s) while driving in hot weather.
