generator no power to coach

hello, we have a 2014 bounder 35K and we started the generator and it ran good, the power management sys showed power from gen @ 40a and 30a to both l1 and l2 ... but the bottom screen, showed low levels at 9v.
we turned on one of our 2 a/c's to put a load on the gen and nothing?? .. tried the other a/c nothing?? eventually we tried anything that uses 110v and nothing.
the gen was still running, mgmt sys still showed 40a and 30a on both line 1 and 2, and the bottom screen showed low level at 9v. that should have meant the inverter was not charging the house batteries? since nothing on 110v was working.
any advice / clues?

thank you in advance.
