HARSH Winter in Canada-Monitor Panel has gone weird.

Of course you all know that we had such a harsh winter this year. It was just plain nasty. We had -20, -25 C temps up here...routinely....nostril freezing stuff.

Our '08 Icon 24A was thoroughly winterized and was plugged into shore power all winter long, but, some things have just not made it...it seems.

#1) the monitor panel looks like it's cooked....only the "Aux Power" monitor level lights are functioning. Main, LP, Black, Grey & Fresh water do not show any lights at all....is it possible a fuse would cause this type of issue ?

#2) 2 Brand New Interstate Deep Cycle batteries went dead, but, after an hour drive, they show a surface charge of full....maybe it's the batteries causing the monitor panel issue ?

Ughh...troubleshooting.
