Heard a buzz and a pop....then lights out!

I was just trying to change the darn tiny halogen bulb in one of the bedroom ceiling lights when I heard a buzz and a pop and all the lights went out. There's a door in the back bedroom wall that has the breakers and fuses (now the owner's manual says the breakers are under the bed??) but couldn't find the culprit. Nothing else is out, just the bedroom ceiling lights. Is it possible the whole string of lights got fried, and it's NOT a fuse? If it's definitely a fuse, anyone know where it would be?
We have a 2008 Fleetwood Excursion 40x.
Thanks!

I have a 2008 Fleetwood Excursion, my 12v fuse panel is located in the half bath, next to my 115v breakers. I replaced all the bedroom lights with LED's, they are all fused.
