Heater and Air Conditioner Fan

I am the proud new owner of a 2016 American Coach American Allegiance.

My heater/ air conditioner fan does not run.
I have run a hot wire to the switch, that will make the fan run. i have checked for voltage on the incoming side of the switch, no power.

I have checked the fuse in the top left block in the left front compartment that says cab blowers. F-14. That is ok.

Does anyone know the fuse location or will I need to call the manufacturer?

My coach has a fuse panel under one of the entry steps. Step flips up and has a board that I can lift up to access fuses. I also have some 12volt fuses under the bed.

I would run a new wire directly to a hot source. Place a fuse in line and you'll be on the road again.

I know nothing about your specific RV but, assuming you are talking about the dash air/heat, those components are usually installed by the chassis manufacturer and are in place before the coach manufacturer begins work. Most of the A/C units are Evans.

Also, if your RV is somewhat like mine, the fuse you checked is probably for overhead fans (near the upper cabinets).

Thanks for the input I will check it out. It was not a good weekend to work on the issue, so I will take the dash cover off this week and tone the wire out.
i will keep everyone posted. Still nothing from Am Coach.

Smile heat ?AC

FYI the issue was resolved.
f-14 was not the fuse. the techs found 2 fuses that were blown. they were in one of the blocks in the drivers side front compartment.

happy trails.:
