Hello, All New Member with my first question

Hi, all new member here from Texas.

I just purchase a 2021 Fleetwood Fortis 33hb. It has one issue the previous owner showed me. The 2 ceiling lights in the drop-down bunk area do not work. He said he has tried everything but can't figure it out. I pick the coach up in a week or so after I get all the details done but wondering if anyone else might have had a similar issue with a Fleetwood. Thanks in advance.

There is probably a malfunctioning safety switch somewhere that won't allow them to work when the bunk is in the raised position.

Are they the 2 lights in the ceiling above the bed or the ones in the bottom of the bunk that are in question? There's a sep switch for them--- "drivers lights'' by the door for when the bunk is raised. When the bunk is down, there's a switch inside the bunk cabinets so someone sleeping in the bunk can turn them on/off while in bed. At least this is how it is on my 2017 FW.

If not a switch issue, then there is a magnetic switch mounted in the side lift rails for when the bunk is fully raised. That determines whether the ceiling or the underneath lights lite up. Might need repositioned.
