Hello from Vancouver Island BC
wife and i have a 1998 fleetwood bounder 36s,i am requesting any help on my hydraulic leveling jacks. all fuses are good but i have no proven circuit to ground. i can't find the neutural safety switch, which i think completes the circuit. maybe i'm on the wrong path?

Glad to have you here with us.
I would try to use a clip on wire to establish a sure ground, then if that doesn't work, you can eliminate that as the cause of your problem.
