Here we go again starring the 2016 Bounder 35K
Despite repair of leaking windows, windshield leaks, Kwikee step motor failure, replacement of furnace gas valves, broken LP tank valve, replacement of fireplace fan, and a $15,000 Ford settlement for brake booster issues, now the unusually wet weather in Tucson this winter revealed rainwater leaking through the screw heads around the drivers side window. Cleaned the weep slots but didn't stop the flow. Bamboo floor covering soaked. 2016 Bounder 35K with 19,580 miles. Fleetwood QC sucks into the new year!

At the risk of sounding "negative"....I agree too. You can add my water leak and delamination under the passenger window and the legal pad full of other issues....2016 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 33CT made by REV.

I wish I would have taken pictures of the window cutout on my 35K. I did a foggy window repair on both sides and when I took out the windows, I couldn't believe how overcut the window openings were. On the top edge, I maybe have 1/4" of material there, and in another spot, you can just see light coming through. I tried to adjust them in the opening, but the full body paint eaves the white fiberglass exposed because they put the windows in first!
Like any RV, keeping them dry is 99% of the battle. I hope to build a port/garage for mine next fall.

I must be lucky. My 2018 Southwind 36P has traveled 31k miles and been to 28 states. Only problem was bad step motor which I replaced myself in about ten minutes. So far, so good.

I've been away about three years due to health problems, may I ask what/who is REV? Have they taken over Fleetwood?
