HighPointe Microwave issue

Our highPointe microwave keeps blowing fuse but only when we try to cook something, we can set the clock the vent fan and surface light works as they should, if we press 1-6 express cook or time cook barn, any guidance would be really appreciated

When you say fuse, do you mean 120v breaker or a fuse internal to the microwave?

No this is the 20 Amp Bus fuse inside the microwave itself

Sounds as though the input voltage is low which can cause an increase in current draw. Or the unit needs repair. If you determine that it needs repair, remove it and take to a repair shop which will cost less than on site. A new convection microwave that we just installed was about $750, and I did the removal and installation. Carefully measure to see that the new one you like will fit. We chose a Frigidaire convection microwave. They are made by Electrolux in South or North Carolina about $200 less than Electrolux label but the same. We have two liked the one I installed in the RV, I installed one in our home. First bought at Lowes. Second via Amazon because Lowes was out of stock with 9 month wait for delivery.
