Horn Button popped out.... what now? Pace Arrow

We have a 2004 Pace Arrow on a Work Horse Chassis. We hit a bump a few days ago and the horn button popped out.... every time it grounds it honks, and although I put it back in it will not stay. Nothing looks broken. Any suggestions?

No clips. It's actually black rubber...with a coil spring attached as well as a lie wire. Just soft, black rubber. Weird.

How about some pictures .
Top of column and underside of button.

I'm thinking if the spring got out something broke .
The spring should be in position to hold the button and wiring away from ground until the button is pushed.
