Hot water tank????

I have a 1990 Fleetwood Bounder. Pulled into spot last night and noticed a water leak from L/H side below my storage tanks. Do not have hot water, could this be my hot water tank?

Typically your hot water heater has an outside access door if your leak is below that door then yes the water could be coming from the hot water heater.
Although it might appear to be from the heater, it could be also from elsewhere.
Water loves to travel, from the leak to wherever it comes out.
No hot water? Is your hot water tank on? is there water coming out of the hot side of the faucet? Would need more info before any real help could be offered.

Ummm, I'm an idiot.

The leak from the water heater that I thought I had was actually from the storage tube for dumping tanks. I post this only to let others know we all make mistakes. Yes I had a leak, below my water heating furnace area. I had left my drain for grey tank open, causing leaking. On site this weekend, dropped that box to find hose storage area. Sometimes its just better to do more investigating before posting dumb "problems". It is my first RV and she is sweet. Love this site and you guys!!!!

Don't worry, be happy 1sharpdog, we all started just like you, "there's never a stupid question, except for the one you didn't ask"
