How to change air filter in 2012 Fleetwood Storm

The air filter top cover is flush up against the wiper motor. Will I have to remove the motor to change the air filter? That seems a bit extreme!

Did you ever figure it out? I posted about that in 2014. I can send you the link if you like.

On my 2015 it’s the same way. I removed the 4 bolts on the right side of the air box bracket and was able to then push the bottom of the filter box down enough to get the filter out.

My Fleetwood Flair was the same way. Poor engineering! Like posted before, I removed the bolts on right side and was just barely able to get the filter out.
