Discovery: Hydraulic slide out not working, just beeps

I have a 1998 Fleetwood Discovery 36, might be an S. I had to replace my engine batteries recently. After I got home, my slide would not move, pushing the IN or OUT button it just beeped. After extensive research I found this thread. On the left side of the house batteries there should be a red wire coming off the house battery to a small rectangular fuse and a red wire going to the slide out motor. On the bottom of this fuse is a small button, with a pop-out above it. Can you see if it is pushed down. If it is popped out, push it in and if the voltage on the house batteries is close to 12 volts the slide should now work.

At 12 volts battery is close to 40% charged. Try fully charging batteries then try.
