I had a 05 Fiesta. It was a rental out of Vegas bought in El Paso for $26k in 09. 52k miles. No amenities. Good starter MH but we've upgraded twice since then, now DP.
Of course it needed apperance work. Got 9mpg. Rode hard. Only 16k lbs. Reliable, cheap to maintain and service. Put 20k miles on it, no issues.
Full Timers.
2015 Fleetwood Discovery 40E on a Freightliner XCS chassis with a Cummins ISL9 pulling 1 and/or 2 motorcycles, '07 Honda Accord OR a 17' Runabout Boat.

The Fiesta was a lesser optioned model from our prior 06 Bounder. As far as the house goes, just be sure everything works & that if it has the Norcold, all recalls have been done on it. It'll probably be pretty dated for decor, but that can easily be changed.

The F53 is rock solid. See if there's maintenance records. Check the sway bar bushings. If original, they'll definitely need replaced. Check frame for cracks. Somewhere on iRV2 there's a thread about this for that era Ford. Ours gave us not a lick of trouble & drug around our 06 Jeep Liberty with no problems.

Good luck.

There is great need for a sarcasm font.
