Is it a stand alone unit or in the freezer compartment of an RV refrigerator? If in a refrigerator, often the ice maker is plugged into a different outlet than the fridge so it makes ice off an inverter powered circuit. Make sure it has power. If it's a water supply problem, make sure the water line is turned on, it might have been drained to winterize it.
