In process of removing carpet & vinyl from 2006 Bounder

Have pulled all up and am facing numerous "stove bolts" about 1.25" in diameter that certainly connect RV body to the frame. The bolts have a dome type head - those that are exposed were under the carpet so they had no effect due to the pad and carpet. Am going to lay sheet vinyl and need suggestions as to how to handle - thinking I want to grind off/flatten the dome so as not to cause an integrity issue.
Any thoughts ideas will be appreciated - Thanks

Depends on how much material that you have to remove.

I ran into this as well. I ground down the head of the bolts just a little and then filled the hole with wood putty and then sanded down level.
