Insight on owning a 2004 Fleetwood Revolution 40C would be helpful to me>

I came across a very reasonable priced used coach. Can anyone out there offer any advice about this model. I haven't purchased it as of yet. It has a 350 cummins engine. Thank you.

Don't know what your idea of a good price is, but the 2005 LE Revolution, has it all over the 04 and 05 regular coach. I mean, so much, it's like, there's no comparison between the two. One of these can probably be had for around $50K, looking like new, with low mileage. It can be had in a 1 1/2 bath floor plan, as well and looks just like mine, along with having the same specs.

I have an 03 Rev and have very much enjoyed using it. Since I've owned it, I've doubled the mileage (read that to mean about 40k), traveled to Alaska and back, a couple of cross country trips from DE to OR, a couple of trips to the FL area, and several trips from DE to the midwest.

Bottom line is given the same circumstances, I would purchase this coach again.

If you have specific questions, I would be happy to answer them to the best of my ability. Also, I have a link to my project thread that might give you a sense of the coach.

Good luck!

Dave

The 2004 fleetwood 40c revolution i am considering.

This coach is being offered for $18500 Seems like I could not go wrong. I don't know the vehicle mileage. Owner must want a quick sale.

There has to some catch because this is a 40k to 50k unit. I would ask why the price is less than 1/2 but thats me talking

Price is more than right and you can now afford a professional PDI, since a bad engine alone could triple that figure, in a heartbeat.

Check for lamination, water leaks roof leaks, undercarpet wood rot, outdated tires and many more things to make a 40k unit cost 18k. But that is just me
