Inverter breaker reset?

My inverter breakers CB1 and CB2, the 20 amp output breakers, will not reset. Any help? Also, it may not be related but my auxiliary and main battery toggle switches in the front of the rig arenít doing anything. Theyíll usually kill everything in the rv when I toggle them off, now, the red lights stay on all the time and when I press the spring loaded toggle switch to turn them off, nothing happens. Suspecting this one could be due to a bad solenoid in the battery control center but havenít verified yet. The inverter is a Magnum MS2000, all batteries are fully charged, and I have 50 amp shore power connected. PUshing in the CB1 and CB2, they wonít stay in at all. Thanks for any help.
2008 Fleetwood Discovery 35H. INverter mounted upside down in battery compartment, driverís side, second door from the rear. Thanks.

If they won't reset, shows a direct short after the breakers.. Big problem! Be cautious !

Thank you. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with the likelihood that I have a bad solenoid in the battery control center. I can’t shut the batteries off. Neither the chassis or the auxiliary batteries at this time. Thanks for the response.

The inverter/charger typically does not go thru a shutoff solenoid in the battery control area. Most are connected directly to the batteries.
I don't think the problems are related.

Thank you. I don’t have an electrical schematic (that’d be so nice). I always hear something that sounds like a solenoid shifting when I connect to shore power and wondered, if it doesn’t shift, would that cause the breaker issue? I’m awaiting a response from magnum. Have been told it could simply be the push button breakers are bad. Thanks for your response.

That sound you hear is most likely your transfer switch switching from battery to 120 volts to converter.

Not to doubt your input on the batteries being charged but how did you determine that?

IF you lost input voltage to the inverter, you would not have good charging and your batteries could be too low to function the components you mention up front.

As well, the circuit breakers might be fooling you into thinking they need to be reset.

Go to your AC breaker panel and look for a 30 amp breaker that feeds the INverter/charger.

If that does not resolve the issue let us know where you are taking the voltage measurements and how.
