Is There An Access To The Plumping Under Our Shower?

We have discovered a leak in one of the pipes located under the shower in our 2004 Bounder, 36S. This is where all the pipes merge, both fresh water and grey water. We are unsure of the access to these pipes. We noticed a plate that seems to be sealed just beneath the area, however, there are no screws holding it in place. is anyone aware of how to access these pipes, located under the shower of our Bounder?

Thank you in advance!

The screws are under small decorative caps on that access panel. Good luck
