Discovery: Is there another breaker panel?

OK looked at your wiring diagram. You're saying all the outlets highlighted are the dead ones? My coach outlet locations match the diagram except in the bedroom (I have a slideout too). It looks like all of them are on the same breaker. Breakers can fail too without obvious signs. Switch out that circuit's breaker with another one and see if that kills a different circuit (or at least makes your outlets live again).

Don't forget to turn off the power at the pedestal first before you start digging around with the cover off the breakers and check for loose wires or scortchy looking connections (and don't forget to turn it back on again afterwards - Sometimes the easy stuff is easiest to forget and it's maddening...)

Check the breaker at the inverter,
check the other GFCI outlets (low on the wall in the bedroom, in my coach)
check the breaker panel under the bed.

Last resort: pull the outlet and see if it has power going in. If the short was bad enough, it may have damaged the outlet.
