Jacks won't retract

Have a American Tradition 2013 with a Trueline leveling jack problem. Siting here with my jacks down and nothing I do will retract the jacks. It started with the jacks only coming up half way, Then after driving for 100 miles they came back up. Now they will only come up a inch, or so. I've added oil to the high level mark with no success. No leaks anywhere. The jacks do come down, but only a little up. Is there a way to get them up until we get home? I can level with air.

1) Not familiar with your jacks, but have read some brands retract w/ external SPRINGS? Did you lose/ break one/ more springs? 2) Some have Two external springs/ jack, so if a spring breaks, the other one also flies off along w/ other parts? 3) OTHER brands may retract w/ hydraulic pressure/ valves? You may need to find your book, or search internet by Brand/ Model of the JACKS? 4) If you lost springs, you may have to push up and find a way to TIE/ HOLD them in a retracted position?

This set of 4 has no springs, it's hydraulic only. Calling Fleetwood in the morning. Keep you posted.

If its a pump problem. Mine has a nut at the top you can put a drill motor on to run pump.. Good luck

Called Valid today and talked to a very nice guy about this problem. He told me to start engine and push the travel button. I should hear the pump. Nothing. Went back and checked to see if there was 12v to the big red power wire. Had 12v there. Then he said to jump the red terminal to the other big wire. Nothing again. Last he said to unplug the white/brown wire connector to the pump. Instantly the motor started. The jacks came up all the way. Yea! So, the problem is with the solenoid, a easy fix when I get home.
