I have an American Coach/American Tradition 2012. The key fob unlocks & locks the entry door. When it locks the entry door it also unlocks the compartment doors, but when it unlocks the entry door it doesn't unlock the compartment doors. My question is should it unlock the compartment doors?

I envisioned you standing outside your coach pressing buttons and mumbling about who in the heck designed this thing.

There are dip switches on the keyless entry module that determine how it works. It had been programmed at the factory to the way they have the coach wired. You can contact TriMark corp and ask them about making changes.

Apparently our fobs work differently, here's how mine work:

1. One push of "lock" locks front door and all basement locks (except chassis batteries).

2. One push of "unlock" unlocks door only. Next push (maybe more than one push) unlock all basement locks (except as noted above.).
