Leveling issues

I have a 1997 Coach the coach will not level, the rubber pieces are broken on this picture that goes on the rear of the passenger front axel, anyone have issues with this?

Looks like the control arm to the air ride suspension. Have you got air pressure?

Yes I have air pressure. The rubber pieces are broken on the arm, where do I begin to look for parts?
