Leveling Jacks Retracted When Turning On Ignition!

Having issue with leveling jacks...My husband turned on the ignition and the leveling jacks went up ( the front ones went up completely and the rear went up part ways.)

Now, when pressing the switch, the jacks will not operate. At the same time, the slides will also not operate.

He checked the hydrolic fluid, has checked fuses and insured the batteries have full charge. The emergency brake is also engaged.

We would be so very thankful for some possible fixes to this issue. Has any one else had this problem and may know how to remedy it?

Thank you in advance! Kind regards

I may be wrong but with the engine running jacks will retract or at least alarms go off as it thinks you are going mobile,. I know on mine slides will not work with the engine running. both are safety features.

With our Fleetwood that only happens when you put it in gear, it needs to be running to extend or retract the levelers.
