Liberty electrical levelers

Hello
I'm fairly new to motorhomes and never dealt with self leveling systems. We have the electric leveler and they don't seem stable. I still get movement when we are leveled,, is that normal?
We've got a 2007 Fleetwood Bounder DP

Thanks

No, not "normal". Level is level and the jacks shouldn't wobble after leveling, whether electric or hydraulic.

Which Lippert leveler system do you have and do you have the manual for it? You can get tech info and manuals for the various Lippert Electric level systems at https://support.lci1.com/electric-leveling

Thanks for the reply. We have the Power Gear electric system, and the manuals now thank you. We had some problems this last summer with it. I replaced 2 brakes and all the shear pins, plus rebuilt all the legs, and everything was fine for awhile. This past winter I started noticing more movement than I remembered. First I tried some 4x4's under the Snap pads but it didn't change. 1 leg seemed to have some movement in it so I replaced the brake, had an extra, and was good after that. But the movement in the MH was still there. Now I'm at wits end. All 4 pads seem to be firmly planted but there is still a lot of movement inside.

Make sure your brake levers are n the correct position. If not they will bleed down and coach movement will be present inside. Mark the shaft of the jack with a line and check in the morning for the line .

Hi, the information from Lippert should provide what you need to know about the electric leveling system. We have a 2007 Fleetwood Expedition & over the years have had a “few” issues. The biggest fix for us was with the brake component upgrade. Making sure the brakes are clean then performing the brake upgrade modifications to keep moisture & dirt out of the system should help. There is a kit but I doubled up with two SS worm drive clamps and silicone seal on the boot to help keep the moisture out.
Good luck.

Thanks for the help. I did the boots and new clamps with silicone sealer when I rebuilt them. I believe the brake levers are in the correct position but I will recheck them.
