Low pressure water
We have a 2014 Bounder 36E.
We have very low pressure water when on City, we know that the pressure coming out of the hose is about 42 PSI yet it is a slow stream at all faucets, the shower and the toilets.
I've replaced the all coach filter which showed no improvement, is there a valve hidden somewhere that I missed that may need to be fully opened?
Switching on the pump with city water shows a good flow of water.

Do you have the valve in your wet bay set to by-pass or is it on fill tank?

Have you unscrewed the faucet airators to see if that helps. They often get plugged with debris.

Your check valve on the inlet for city water may be defective.

The valve is not set to fill tank, otherwise it would be overflowing - which I must admit I've done once or twice.

Are these fairly easy to replace?

Yes they are, checked that to see if there was low pressure there so yes they were and still are.

More info
An additional piece of info, if we switch the valve to bypass it fills the fresh tank quite quickly and there is an audible 'hiss' when the valve is opened.

We have same issue with 2015 Excursion 33D. Tried all of the above. Nothing helps except turning pump on when using shower.

Alkaline water can crystalize on metal connectors and faucet screens.
We added a water softener and cleaned out the crystalized stuff and now it all stays clean.
Just an idea

Is it mostly the hot water that is low? In my 2014 Southwind we had much lower water flow in the hot than the cold. I found that although the coach is plumbed in 1/2" PEX the the factory had used faucet supply lines to connect to the water heater. These have a much smaller inner diameter (~3/16") than the PEX. I replaced the supply lines with PEX all the way to the heater and now the flow is just slightly less than the cold side due to the drop of the check valve on the outlet of the heater. Don't have a pic of the finished product but here's the factory setup>
