Main battery and aux battery.. Which is which

Hey guys and gals just went out on our first boondock in our fleetwood discovery 37g pusher and I noticed the "main" battery would drain pretty quick and the aux holds a good charge. Now I have had my bat's tested and I have one chassis battery that will not take load so its toast. The other is fine. My other bank is 4 6volts that also have been overcharged dry I have refilled water and they are charging as well but... I know their time is also up soon.

Now my question is, I have 2 disconnect switches one main and one aux could you tell me which is what?

Thanks!

Main is the chassis (starting) batteries, aux is your house batteries.
