Navigation system?

Recently bought a '15 Discovery and brought it home and put it inside for the winter. I was looking over the features and tried to get the Rand McNally Navigation to come up and it says to insert SD card for this feature. The SD card is already in the slot. I removed and re-inserted but nothing happened. What's the trick to getting it to work?

Thanks for the help.

I don't think you are doing anything wrong. Maybe somebody swiped the real map SD card and substituted a blank? I suspect you will need tech help from Rand McNally to determine the problem.

May want to try and put it in the other direction? I think it feels like it can be inserted both ways but only one works.
Let us know the fix when you get it.

I finally had a second to check the sd card. It was inserted correctly and will only go in one way. Does anyone have the phone number for Rand McNally help line?

RAnd McNally

I had a similar problem. I would get a serious loading error message. At first Fleetwood told me that I needed to update the SD card. If you go to their site they have a way to update them. This worked for a week or so. I was at the factory service center recently and they talked to RM and they were told that it was a defective SD card. They sent a new one and all has been well.
As an aside I find the system to be all but worthless. It is totally counter intuitive at least for me. We just use our phones

Yes it is the in-dash system. Honestly I can't say for sure its a Jensen. Just bought this coach and still familiarizing myself with everything.

Just curious. I just picked up a Storm and I am not sure if your dash is laid out similar or not. The position of my in dash system makes it very hard to see. Just wondered if yours was that way or not.

I think yours has the wrap around dash so my question is not really applicable.
