I got the parts (I ordered two) and installed one, I had to twist the bent end to fit, it was off by about 50 degrees (about...) and the sleeve around the ceramic was a little too big for the mounting hole, but, it works.
I ran the diag, #13, and it came back with "FL" almost instantly. I let the fridge run for about 90 minutes, and it was just slightly cold in the freezer, but it is 98 degrees here, so I'm not surprised that I'm not seeing cold.
After the fridge proves itself, I'm fairly confident that I will be selling it and replacing it with a compressor-based fridge.
"Sell" means either to somebody who wants it to replace theirs, or for parts, for I sell it to the local salvage yard ... where I got the replacement heater.
