Need BCC drawing for a 1999 TW
Anyone have a good clean drawing of the BCC in a 1999 TW? I say "good clean" because I have one but it is old and battered even though I laminated it I have trouble reading it. It is difficult to read anything with old eyes.
What I have is titled Electrical System 12V/120V Power System - All Models. It is a 5 sheet document. The BCC is sheet 1 of 5. It is drawing # 500-39-00055 (as best I can tell)
Why do I need it you ask... Because it appears J1 is totally dead. That is the bottom left fuse group.
BTW, i likely got my copy from Mr. Berry way back in 2013 or 2014 when I first bought the TW. I would have thought I would have it saved buy I find it nowhere on my hard drive. I also checked the files section of this forum.

The only thing connected on your J1 is the entry step which is powered via the chassis battery through the 30A fuse F3.
Have you checked the fuse? or the chassis battery connections?

Don't know if this will help, but it is directly from the manufacturer RV Custom Products.

Yes, all 4 fuses are good. There is no power to any of them.
Drawing shows F1 as the power seat for gas models. Since TW is a diesel, what is F1 for on a TW?
Drawing shows F2 for LP tank. What part of the LP tank requires power? LP is working - I tried the stove.
Drawing shows F3 for entry step (hot) As you would expect, step is NOT working.
Drawing shows F4 for step switch. Which is confusing if F3 is also feeding the step.
The chassis batteries have power. The engine starts fine. But, there is no power to these 4 fuses that are on J1.

It could still be for a power seat. Your PCB is a Rev 2 May 1998. All the drawings you're looking at are later versions. Things change.
Drawing shows F2 for LP tank. What part of the LP tank requires power? LP is working - I tried the stove.
F1 and F2 on your PCB both have 15A fuses. I suspect that F2 is not for the LP tank as only a 5A fuse is required. What part of the LP tank requires power? The meter.

Right. This is the 30A main fuse.
Drawing shows F4 for step switch. Which is confusing if F3 is also feeding the step.
Indeed. F4 is for the switch that keeps the step open. It requires a 5A fuse to let the step controller know that it's supposed to stay open (or closed).
The chassis batteries have power. The engine starts fine. But, there is no power to these 4 fuses that are on J1.
You mean JP1, right? Did you see if there is 12V on JP1?

See comments in BLUE above.
Your problem could be the battery disconnect switch. Try flipping that on/of a few times. Another culprit could be the Interconnect Solenoid.

I have an 07 National Pacifica. Checked out most of all of this download information and it works for me........
Seems to me:
ANYONE WHO OWNS A LATE 90s or 2000's National product needs to download and save ALL OF THIS............
