Need replace water pump switch for Fleetwood Expedition

Does anyone know where to find this kind of switch to activate the water pump. I was changing out a cracked wall plate and the switch came apart. I can't figure out how to add a photo, so I will describe it. It is a small square ivory switch, four connectors on the back side. It has an orange light which comes on when the pump is activated from any of the switches in the matrix.

I've looked, but have not found that switch on the web. I know that folks have ordered it from Fleetwood Parts & Service at 800-325-6385. Be sure to have your Fleetwood Identification Number (FIN) handy. I believe it was about $6.

If you find it on the web, please post the link.

Do you mean a rocker switch or a controller? If it's a switch Try radio shack online or many auto stores

for the controller try

I think this is your switch. Btw Fleetwood doesn't have them anymore. Trust me I tried, I had to get some used ones from a scrape yard.

Photo

Thanks to all who replied. Here is a photo of the switch I need.

I e-mailed Colaw RV Salavge. Waiting for reply. Are there any other RV salvage yards I might try?

And here is the back configuration.

It is a momentary contact, which turns on the water pump matrix, until it is pushed a second time, which turns pump off.
The second photo shows the connectors which plug into the switch. (4 blade connectors)

Can any one suggest where to look?
Thanks.

If it turns out that you can't get one, most RVs have more than one of these in various locations such as bathroom, kitchen, wet bay... You should be able to swap one with a duplicate from a less used location. You can also use a two pole unlighted one in a pinch for the location you pulled the swap from.

Try calling these folks. https://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine...=DPST+switches

I'd be surprised if they didn't have a replacement.

This is known as a DPST rocker sw. and very common. Finding a white one, may be more of a challenge, but you might have a look around here.....

If you are searching for the water pump switch, remember that these are NOT On-Off switches. They are momentary contact switches with an independent indicator light to show what state (on or off) the pump controller is in. Not your run-of-the-mill switch.

Most likely and if like mine, they are momentary, so might have provided this link instead....

I wouldn't care about the color actually, as it would make for finding it easier.
I'm always forgetting and have to look for the right one.

Not the case with Winnebago/Itasca. My pump switches (one inside; one in the outside water compartment), are standard DPDT snap switches, with indicator lamp. Pump power is through the switch. No other controller.

Really?? Hmmm. So..if the inside one is ON....the pump can only be controlled by it leaving the outside useless....and vice versa. Interesting.

Not really. They are threeway and wired like the SPDP switches in your home, that have two different locations for the same lights or other.
Without a controller, there are most likely only two switches of the maintained contact type in the rig. Our coach has four momentary type that uses a controller.
