New 2016 35K Anniversary 30 year
2 of the new Bounders that I looked at have warped and squeaky floors. Is this common.? Who does the fix? I will not buy one of them but still looking. Going to another dealer tomorrow. Any suggestions for looking for a new one.
I did have an Entegra RBQ Any comments.

Jeez, that is not common. There's something wrong with those two particular units. What you describe suggests the sub-flooring is possibly separating from the framework below?
The Bounder is a staple of the industry in that class. I'd keep looking at other Bounders. What you found is unusual. Perhaps others have first hand experience with the new Bounder, and will chime in here.

Have been through well over 50 2016 Bounders and have not seen or heard warped or squeaky floors. Have also been reading everything I can on them online and don't recall any mentioning this. A Bounder is not an Entegra though (neither is the price)

The creaking may be related to some of the units that had roof leaks. The inside of my coach flooded during the pre delivery inspection due to a loose water fitting. I get some creaking in the floor now due to the adhesive being loosened by the water. Fleetwood is aware of the issue with my coach and will take care of it when we take the coach to the factory service center.

We went to the RV show in Glendale AZ held by Le Mesa and ordered a 2017 Bounder 35K. Thanks for your help. Dog3

The bounder 2017 is 22000 chassis. Can some one tell me how to change my information from Entegra to Bounder?

2017??? Did not even know they had released the 2017 bounder? there is No information anywhere about the 2017 model, what if any differences are there in the 2016 anniversary?

2017 is out. The anniversary pkg is now standard as is outside entertainment center and a few other things. Two new floor plans as well and a price increase.

Where did you find the spec's on it MoJo? Fleetwood site doesn't show it (Web site is usually last to update), A GOOGLE search has some threads about a 36y or 36x but the links just say "coming soon" I am just curious as to some of the overall "standard" features list and interior looks. I have no doubt it is some where in the production line but even at the plant last month there is no literature or info on the 2017 models

I work for a dealer and the rep gave me some pics. I posted the new floorplans here a week ago or so. There is another thread on them. If you cant find them let me know and i'll post them again.

30th Anniversary features will be standard. 2017's will have gravity fill and auto gen start. Many features that were previously options will now be standard: The exterior entertainment center, fireplace, residential refrigerator, center table, front mask, satellite radio, manual roller shades, neutral loss protection, facing booth dinette. New paint jobs. LX option will still be available.
