New Member Check In Issue with hot water

Hello all,

I am camping for the first time in my Fleetwood 2001 Pace Arrow.
I am unable to locate the hot water bypass, so I cannot use hot water in MH.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Cndychrstn

No idea, but they are generally in places you can get to easily. Check the bottom of the closet in the bedroom. Also, look under the kitchen sink along the side wall nearest the water heater. Also, check for a door on the backside of the tank with three screws. On ocassion, you can find them in the wet bay. You might also find that there wasn't a bypass and a previous owner made a modification. Good luck!

Look in the cabinets, etc. that are immediately behind the water heater. There may be an access panel in one of these.

Welcome to the forum:

I have asked the moderators to possibly move your post to the Fleetwood Forum for a better chance at getting an answer. Please do not re-post as double posting is not permitted. Just let them take care of it. It will be quick.

Again, welcome to a great forum. There will be folks here that can answer your questions for certain.

This is how Fleetwood originally plumbed my water heater on my 34N (1999). I had it open to replace the WH and plumb with pex. Note the location of the bypass valve.

My 2001 Bounder 32H located the water heater bypass valve in the basement storage compartment right next to the water heater. Hope that helps. If you need a photo let me know.
