I haven't balanced tires on my vehicles in years and have not noticed any difference. If you drive most miles under 60 MPH balancing isn't needed which is the case with my Chevy dually and Honda 1300 VTX motorcycle.
If you have 22.5" tires to get rid of near Detroit, I will gladly take them off your hands for my son's semi. They are not dangerous on a semi trailer.

We looked at Hankook but the price was way higher??? Not sure why.
Our installer just bought a fancy new balancer, all digital. They did put some weights on the wheels that are visible. Gent told me that the accuracy of the balance requires that position. I'm okay with the "cosmetics". Rather see a weight on my rims than feel vibration from a tire.
