I have a 2002 Fleetwood Fiesta with the easy care fiberglass sidewalls, what do I use to get the black dots off?

First you need to try to determine What the black dots from. Some insects leave small black spots you can scrape from with a finger nail. Tar splatter leaves black spots that require a solvent. Black streaks come from the roof. I would start with something non caustic like dawn soap or simple green. If it is black streaks there are some black streak remover products. If that does not work you can try mineral spirits. If that does not help you can try some Marine fiberglass polishes such as 3M fiberglass restorer. It really depends on what the spots are from.
Hope that helps
