Has anyone had success at scheduling an appointment at the Nashville NIRVC location? I've used their website (what they say to do) to try and contact service plus I've sent an email to the service contact three times over the past 3 weeks and I've not seen a response or follow-up from anyone.
I understand it is the holidays but my first few attempts were early and mid-December.
Not sure how to schedule service if no one ever responds.
