Within 3' of the coach battery positive terminal look for a master fuse or circuit breaker .
If there has been any work done in the battery compartment , look for a wire left off.
Master circuit breaker could look like picture below.

The 200 amp fuse was probably JUST for the connection to the inverter from the batteries , the connection to the coach internal fuse panels from the batteries is most likely separate.
Was the 200 amp like one of these ?

Your BCC ( battery control center) has two resettable 12v circuit breakers. They’re located at the bottom left of the attached photo. Try pushing those black buttons.

Ditto: It takes a H of a short to blow one of those and likely would not go unnoticed.

CHECK BATTERY SWITCH? check for 120vac at CONVERTER INPUT? If no 120v, check 120vac CIRCUIT BREAKER AT COACH POWER PANEL?
and what does "CONVERT IN" mean?

Sounds like your battery disconnect is off. That would completely explain it.

I agree with this post.
Add check converter output fuses. Mine has a 30 main output fuse and a 40 amp reverse polarity fuse. In your case, fuses may be higher capacity.
