no power to basement outlets

I have a 2003 Bounder 38N. There are two outlets in the basement, one in the wet bay and one in the bay aft of the slide out on passenger side. No power to either one. Breakers at foot of bed are good, inverter OK, gfi in bathroom OK. Don't know what to check next. Had power and now I don't. All other outlets inside seem OK.
can anyone help?

Thanks,
Larry

I had a similar problem on mine. After determining it was not a GFI outlet I called Freightliner at (800) 322-8216.

They worked with me over the phone and also sent me a wiring schematic for my rig.

The problem turned out to be a loose ground wire in a junction box.

Freightliner was great help in assisting me and helping me find where the junction box was. In my case it was under a panel between the bath and kitchen.

To my surprise most the wires had loose tie caps so eventually another one was soon to disconnect.

I attached photos of where the junction box was.

Good luck.

Correction. It was Fleetwood I called, not Freightliner. The number I gave you is correct.

Our motor home has a GFI located in the bedroom near the floor on the bathroom wall and controls those two outlets. Also, one circuit of the inverter powers them. Possible correction is to reset that GFI and the breakers on the inverter.

X2 on the bedroom GFCI outlet. The outlet in the curb side compartment beside the slide is also a GFCI outlet. We have had trouble with that outlet tripping on its own occasionally. I think it has to do with road bumps.

This site and the members who use it are great! The problem was the gfci in the bedroom. We don't use that outlet much and I didn't think to check it. Don't know what I would do without all your help. Probably spend A lot of money on service calls for stupid stuff like this! Thanks to all who responded.
We plan to be at the rally this year and hope to meet a lot of you.

Thanks Again,

Larry and Karen
