No power to tvís

We were four hours in to a trip to New Orleans when the check engine light kept coming on and going off. We stopped at a WalMart for the night until we could have it looked at. Found both tv’s and all the outlets to the front tv not working. They worked right before we left. The outlet right under the dash was working while driving but now not working. The GFI outlet in the bathroom and the outlet on the closet side of the bed are also not working. Camping World said check engine light was due to water in the fuel system. Replaced two filters and added additive cost $600 but that is a different story. Asked them to check out electrical and after charging $135 for an hour he said there was no power to the bathroom GFI and there was a short somewhere. Said he was going home.
We are now a day behind schedule and still have the electrical problem. Anyone have any ideas. I thought it might just have been a fuse where we had a little electrical heater hooked up but I can’t find any that are bad or that control just the tv’s and those outlets.
