First time using plumbing the air has to be bleed out of cold water lines and hot water lines plus hot water heater

Turn pump on......open faucet HOT side ---this will allow water to FILL water heater and then push air out of hotside on that faucet. Then do the Cold side.
Repeat at EACH Faucet and Shower(s) PLUS the toilet

If you have uses plumbing system and STILL getting air....
Then check suction side of pump for air being sucked in
*winterizing valve still open
*suction strainer cracked
*pump casing cracked
*loose hose clamps on suction line

Maybe open drain under fresh tank to verify there is actually water in fresh tank. Guages can be faulty. Or wires can be crossed behind panel and it's actually showing gray or black tank. Stranger things have happened.

Check to see were your Anderson Valve the water selector is set to, City or Normal. It should be pointing up or down. If it is pointing left or right to you will not get water.

Agree with not relying on the tank sensors. Suggest filling the tank full to know you have enough water and try again.

I'm sorry I don't see that information in the OP's post.
As this is posted in the Bounder portion of this section I would have thought it was a Bounder. Can't really provide any additional information without a bit more vehicle specific information. If it's a 2016 or newer Bounder the Anderson Valve info in post 6 is the most likely solution.
