Ocala freightliner

Recently had my transmission oil cooler replaced here due to a small drip from a weld spot.
Bob the service guy did fine scheduling me in, although i waited a month. He wasnt much help when we got there, said was a 2 day job. I told him we full time and needed it sooner or we get a hotel, asked if it was possible to plug in overnight to keep fridge going, he said no.
He said he would call me within 2 hrs after mechanic diagnosed the actual problem, no call.
Me and wife went back after 2hrs of no call and i made contact with the mechanic Aaron who was working on it. Very nice and polite guy. When i asked if it can be done in a day he said, oh heck yea, this is easy, drain fluid, unbolt the cooler, disconnect hoses, replace, put fluid back in.
And he did just that. I kept going out back and checking with him and he was more than happy to talk and keep me updated.
Got there at 9am, out the door at 2pm. Never got a call from Bob. All he said when we picked up the paper work was there was no charge, under warranty. Which i already knew.
Long story short, Bob is not a personable guy, get Aaron the mechanic, great guy and friendly.

I've used several Freightliner, none make appointments. So I call the day prior and ask if the next day would be a good day. However, once I get there all bets are off. The last time I had the fuel filters changed...got there when the opened and left at 4:45. I'm looking elsewhere.
