Older slide components - 1998 Jamboree

I've been having a tough time trying to locate any replacement parts for an older 1998 Fleetwood Jamboree. I've reached out to Fleetwood, through RevRVParts and they have told me that it is an obsolete system with no details.

Trying to see if anyone has any leads on a replacement gear as mine appears to be missing a tooth which is causing the slide to have issues opening/closing.

note (sheer pins have been removed for photo as I was removing the slide motor at the time)

I'm a little confused ; because I've only seen the motor/gear reduction on the left of your picture used in Newmar RVs.

By no info from REV do you mean they couldn't tell you who supplied the slide mechanism .

Are there any part numbers on the motor / gear reduction ?

Here's an image from a 99 Newmar fifth wheel .

The motor assembly portion is fine and does not have any issues. The issue is with the right side of the photo. The rubber gear material. One of the teeth has ripped off. I am unable to locate any part numbers or anything on the piece or around it.

The only additional information I was able to obtain from Fleetwood/ Rev is that the slide system was built by Hyrda-Slide (which I previously knew).

Any thoughts to a possible solution to repair? such as some epoxy type material to build or "attach" a new rubber tooth to the gear? Has anyone come across anything like this before?

Rubber gear material & Hydra-Slide ; OK ; I've learned something today , this is the first time I've heard of the company and the drive gear being anything but metal .

Is the rubber molded to the metal shaft ?

Hopefully a member will come forward with info on the company, or a part ,or info on an RV salvage yard in your area that may have what you're after.

I know, very strange indeed. Iíve had another RV with lippert slide components and it was easy to find replacement parts.

Unfortunately I canít see exactly how the gear is attached as itís surrounded by a metal casing. Not sure how I could event attempt to remove the gear even if I had a replacement part.

Hoping someone whoís been in this situation before can shed some light.
