Looks like I have Model RTS-40B Black which is a stationary model. Found a sticker with a bar code on the plastic bag that matches a model number in the manual. That is ok. The grandkids will have to be happy with the DVDs in the bunks while on the road. When we were kids we were happy looking out the windows and taking in the sights. They are 3 years old and younger so I guess I will cut them a break if they rather watch DVDs cartoons until we stop at a place they can get out of the coach!

Thanks again for your help.

Ours is not an in-motion dish, so we can't watch satellite unless parked. The first thing to do would be to get out your manuals and determine exactly which model antenna you have, and read the setup instructions.

As for park cable; sometimes campgrounds have pathetic cable TV and you will do better using your batwing for over-the-air TV. As Joe said, you need to make sure to have the TV/CABLE switch (in your A/V cabinet) to the right selection for it to work right. See the white switchplate in the upper right hand corner of this pic? It says "On=Antenna; Off=Park Cable."

Hate to admit that I do not know but what is the Sony box for? DVD? I have not looked closely at the one in my coach yet and put the cover back on after retrieving the paperwork.

That is the home theater system...surround sound! You will love it. Look for speakers (with wood grilles to match the woodwork) on each end of the salon slide and a sub-woofer under one of your dinette benches. Oh and yes, it's also a DVD player.

Oh--and as one of the other posters pointed out, our coach is a 2012...so your newer setup may be a bit different. Hope this doesn't cause confusion.

I cannot tell you how helpful your quick replies are. I am sitting here with winter temps., the coach is covered. I am reading all the information cover to cover. Come on warm weather so my wife (who is retiring December 27th! Lucky her!) and I can get this new coach out for trip #2!

Looking forward to the surround sound! Thanks again for all your help!
