Is the AC a problem or are you asking if it has a problem?
AC systems need to be serviced - clean the filters, remove the upper and lower covers, clean both the evaporator and condensor coils with coil cleaner.

If your unit is ducted - and yours probably is, inspect the duct work for collapse.

Congrats on your new rig! CB1000Rider is correct; you may need to clean filters and do some maintenance on your A/Cs. One other thing is that your Zone 1 might have the "cold blast" setting where you can adjust the flow to make it dump a lot of air directly under the unit. This makes it seem to be putting out a larger volume of air due to the re-direct of air flow. (Hope that makes sense.) Good luck and have fun.
