Owners forum American coach
Did not see the American Class A listed in the owners forum. I looked at a new American Allegiance today and was impressed. My wife likes the new Tiffin 45lp and the Newmar Dutch Star. All about the same MSRP. Any feedback regarding the reputation of the American service?

I have a 17 year old American Coach product.
They treat me like I just bought a new unit every time I deal with them.
They answer the phone!!! They know what they are talking about!!!
They seem to be glad that you gave them a call!!!

3 choices and you will get 3 different answers all in favor of their brand. 1 vote for for AC. Seriously all are good none are perfect it's what ever you like the best.

All have benefits, I had a brand new 2010 43ft Allegro Bus built and watched it from start to finish. Beautiful rig, but lost it in a fire 1 yr old about the same time as the Tiffin Big 3 started happening. I couldn't see myself buying another one knowing those problems would be haunting me.
I replaced it with a 2011 American Coach and I can say Tiffin doesn't come CLOSE to the quality and strength of the frame structure. Im talking like a Kentworth compared to a F150.
Other wise they are a great coach IMO and a great company, but if the foundation is weak its all weak.
They do stand behind them Very well, AC has been Very good to work with also.
You can get tons of info on the Tiffin site TRVN is one of the best sites around.

A home owner was discussing the purchase of a new refrigerator with his friend.
"How has your old brand's customer service been?", asked the friend.
"Well, I don't really know. In 25 years of ownership we have never had to call them." was the reply.
"Then you should seriously consider my brand. They have excellent customer service. Every couple of years we call them and they show up promptly to get it running again."

Sometimes you call the coach manufacturer for the location of a specific fuse, the manufacturer of a specific part (mirrors for example) etc.
American Coach has been great in these examples of factory support. They even gave me the manufacturer's part number and toll free number when I needed a new convex mirror.
