Ours opens out, and while it’s a tight fit we have no problem accessing the half bath with the slides pulled in.

We bought ours from General RV in Michigan. Retail is $277k, but the sales price was $165k. Check here: https://www.rvtrader.com/Fleetwood-P...im=36U%7C51802

Regarding the half bath door, on our Bounder 35k with the identical floor plan, the door swung out. When we purchased the 36U the door swung in and hit the sink, never getting fully open and hiding the towel racks. My wife didn't like it so I removed the door and frame and reversed it. The only issue with the 36U door is when the slide out is in the door hits the carpet in front of the sofa, so I also had to raise the bottom of the door to allow it to fully swing out.

Thanks for the info. I’ll definitely check that out when we look at the unit
