Am preparing for the same project but have not had time to begin.
Tell me something, is the slide flush or not?
No scratches when slide comes in and no marks when it sits closed for a while.

I use three pieces of rubber backed floor runner from Lowes. One near each end and one in the middle. The slide rides on top of them as it goes in and out and in transit as they are covered by slide.

The floor is not really flush about 3/8" higher with no flooring on it. Mine is even higher doing the wrap around on the booth floor as I had to add plywood and aluminum to make it work.
